Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Location: Whitstable & Herne Bay, Kent
Remuneration: Basic to £26,000 + OTE £45,000 – £60,000
Special Requirements:
- A full driving licence and your own vehicle
Overview:
A leading estate agency in Whitstable & Herne Bay is seeking a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join its team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and customer focused.
Main Duties:
- Meet with clients to gather information and discuss their mortgage needs.
- Provide initial mortgage advice and guidance to clients.
- Assist with the preparation of mortgage applications and supporting documentation.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their mortgage applications are progressing smoothly.
- Build relationships with clients and refer them to other services offered by the estate agency.
- Work closely with the mortgage advisor team to learn and develop skills in the mortgage industry.

- Willingness to learn and develop.
Please note:
- This is a full-time position.

- A driving licence is essential.
