£25,500 – £30,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, OTE £55,000 year 1, £80,000 year 2
Overview:
A well-known independently owned estate agency requires an experienced protection advisor to work closely with a team of financial incentivised mortgages advisors, offering whole of market protection advice working from home, within a relevant easy commute of the HNW offices scattered around the Surrey and South West London area.
Main Duties:
- Our client is a well respected independently owned High Net Worth estate agency, where some of the locations the average property size is over £1 million.
- Working from home as a protection advisor, you will work closely with the team of financial incentivised mortgage advisors, who will refer protection business over on a daily basis.
- As well as receiving hot protection leads from the team, as an experienced protection advisor or protection broker you will have full unlimited access to the existing client base, where you will be able to review the existing protection business in place and offer suitable alternative advice.
- As well as the flexibility to work from home, deal with high-net-worth clients, you will receive a basic to £30,000 plus commission on all business banked, with a sliding scale increasing to 50%, as well as administrative support.
Key Skills:
- The protection advisor role is fully remote, therefore previous experience in offering advice on all protection products including life, critical illness, income protection, as well as general insurance is essential.
- Due to the network, that our client works with the R05, or equivalent protection advisor qualification is a must.
- A home office along with excellent communication skills is vital for this role.
- Previous experience in dealing with HNW clients would be a distinct advantage due to the clientele that you will be speaking with.
- A clean credit history, with no criminal convictions, full UK driving licence is required.
