Home-Based Equity Release Advisor – Epsom/Guildford
Are you enthusiastic in assisting individuals in making wise financial decisions as they age? Are you driven to provide outstanding client service and develop great bonds with others? Do you perform best in a home-based, fast-paced environment?
If so, our directly authorised clients are growing, and we are searching for a driven and skilled Equity Release Advisor to join their team! Your job will be to support homeowners in the Epsom/Guildford area who are 55 years of age or older by giving them professional guidance and guiding them through the confusing world of equity release products.
What you’ll do:
- Working from home in and around the Epsom/Guildford area, you will receive on average 3-4 new leads a week.
- Build relationships with clients over the phone and video call, understanding their individual needs and financial goals.
- Provide comprehensive and impartial advice on a range of equity release products, including lifetime mortgages, home reversion schemes, and more.
- Guide clients through the application process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
- Stay up to date on the latest regulations and product offerings in the equity release market.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within a competitive but supportive environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Equity release qualification (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in equity release advice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and video call.
- Excellent knowledge of the equity release market and financial products.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
- Confident and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
