With property values exceeding £1 million and an average property size of £560,000, there is a lucrative opportunity to earn £75,000 plus as an experienced mortgage advisor.
Main Duties:
- Work alongside a financially incentivised team of estate agency staff, receiving 8 – 10 new mortgage leads weekly.
- Offer expert mortgage and protection advice to clients.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Secure mortgage approvals and manage the application process.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Maintain compliance with all regulations.
- Utilise access to an untapped existing client base to offer a remortgage service.
- Tap into a vast network of mortgage lenders and a robust panel of protection providers.
- With an average of 16 properties sold monthly, aim to write 2-3 mortgages per month, earning £300 to £750 per case with a competitive commission sliding scale.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in offering mortgage and protection advice is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Clean credit and compliance history, along with a full UK driving license.
- Previous estate agency experience preferred, but applications from bank or building society-based mortgage advisors are welcome.
