Role Overview: As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert mortgage advice to clients, conducting financial assessments, and guiding them through the mortgage application process. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions tailored to their circumstances.
- Provide expert advice on mortgage options, interest rates, and repayment terms, ensuring clients make informed decisions aligned with their financial goals.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, from initial consultation to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor is desirable, although candidates with a strong financial background and a passion for the mortgage industry will also be considered.
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent certification is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering exceptional results.
