Remuneration:
Basic salary to £23,000, plus full benefits including, PHI, Pension, DIS, PMI, car or allowance, a realistic OTE of £35,000 – £40,000.
Overview:
A property valuer/lister is required to work with one the best-known estate agency brands in the Dartford area, liaising with new and existing clients, you will be re quired to list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping the clients sell their homes for the best possible price and with the best possible support.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity for a property Valuer/lister to join one of the best-known estate agency brands working in the Kent office.
Working with the existing team, you will be required to ensure that the clients get the best service and price for their properties.
Targeting a number of properties, you will be required to help the clients sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible.
As a property valuer/lister you will be required to keep updated of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of the local market.
Working closely the team, you will download new properties that you have brought to the market and agree a suitable strategy to match potential purchasers.
Working with the branch manager of the Dartford office you will assist the manager maximising income and profit from the companies range of products and services.
Key Skills:
For this property Valier/lister based in the Dartford office, excellent communications skills both written and orally are required, along with previous customer service experience, ideally within a sales environment.
Drive and determination together with plenty of get up and go together with pace, passion and enthusiasm. You will have to work hard to keep up with the challenges you will face and be focused on turning the “ordinary” into the “extraordinary”.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
