Basic salary to £30,000, plus financial guarantees for 9 months, plus full benefits including, PHI, Pension, DIS, PMI, Car Allowance, a realistic OTE of £100,000
Overview:
An experienced branch manager in Epping is required to supervise, motivate, inspire, and manage a team of estate agency staff, running morning meetings and coaching sessions, with a basic to £30,000, financial guarantees for 9 months and an OTE of £100,000.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional to join one of Essex’s best known and reputable estate agency chain as a branch manager in the Epping area.
Working as the branch manager of the Epping branch, you will be required to supervise, motivate, inspire, and manage a team of estate agency staff, running morning meetings and coaching sessions.
Responsible for your own business in relation to profitability and business development, you will ensure the Epping branch performers to a high standard.
Leading from the front you will successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping the vendors sell their homes for the best possible price and with the best service and support possible.
As the branch manager of the Epping branch, you will be required to keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of the local market.
Working closely with the team, you will add new properties that you have brought to the market and agree suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from applications possessing a proven track record in an estate agency environment.
An ability to build great relationships where customers really buy in to you as a person and a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales. Along with the drive and determination together with plenty of get up and go together with pace, passion, and enthusiasm.
Knowledge of the Epping and surrounding area’s property market would be a distinct advantage.
You should also possess a proven track record of working to and exceeding targets and KPI’s.
You should also GCSE grade C or above and a full valid UK driving licence
