Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Southgate area, dealing with mortgages up to £4m, with an average property value of £620k.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work with an established estate agency office in Southgate, London, offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
Working with an established team of estate agency staff who are responsible for referring over new leads on a daily basis, as the only mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the HNW branch, you will receive 8 – 10 new enquiries per week, plus you will have unlimited access to the existing clients of nearly 1000.
In the Southgate branch, as an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will be dealing with properties up to £4m with an average property value in the area is £620k with over 400 properties sold per month in the area.
The busy branch requires a proactive mortgage advisor or mortgage broker to work alongside the team of professional introducers to contact existing clients to review their existing mortgage and protection policies as well as receiving fresh leads on a day-to-day basis.
This role not only offers a high basic, a team atmosphere, all the leads, access to the existing client base, but also an excellent commission and bonus package, where you can earn just under 50% of what you bank, so as competitive as a self-employed option.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Southgate branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment, providing you possess a good track record in mortgage sales, along with the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
Along with previous mortgage experience, a clean credit history, a full uk driving licence with no drink driving is essential.

Our client will offer a basic to £31,000 including car allowance, financial guarantees to £45,000 for 5 months (not a debt), pension, DIS and earnings potential of £75,000.
On top of the earnings potential, you will receive 7-10 new mortgage leads a week, plus access to a client base of over 1,000!
