Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage advisor, or mortgage adviser, or mortgage broker to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Colindale office dealing with properties valued up to £1m, with an average property value of £400k.
Main Duties:
As an experienced mortgage advisor, mortgage adviser or mortgage broker, working with this well-established Colindale office, you will be required to offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
Working with the busy team in Colindale, as the experienced mortgage advisor, you will receive 7-10 new mortgage appointments a week, plus have full unlimited access to the existing client base of mortgage clients, requiring advice on their existing mortgage arrangements.
The Colindale will allow the experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker, to deal with properties up to £1m and an average property size of £400k. According to land registry nearly 1,000 properties are sold in the area a year, enabling the experienced mortgage advisor to bank a large amount of broker and proc fees, as well as the associate protection policies.
Based on averages you should expect to bank over £150k, which allow the mortgage broker or mortgage advisor to earn c£75,000
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker, or mortgage adviser or mortgage advisor working within the Colindale branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various protection products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
