Overview:
Rare opportunity for a CeMAP qualified individual to train as a mortgage broker with an established estate agency chain in Enfield Town. Full training provided by the Mortgage Sales Director.
Main Duties:
- Join an established estate agency chain in Enfield Town as an in-house Mortgage Broker.
- Provide advice on residential mortgages and protection products to new and existing clients.
- Work closely with the Mortgage Sales Director and estate agency staff to offer comprehensive financial advice.
- Refer pension and investment business to qualified financial advisers within the firm.
Key Skills:
- CeMAP qualification essential.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Background in face-to-face sales preferred.
- Clean credit history essential.
