Overview:
Trainee mortgage broker job in Gateshead, a rare opportunity for a fully CeMAP qualified trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser to join an independently owned mortgage broker firm, with full training provided, dealing with incoming enquiries on a day-to-day basis.
Main Duties:
A trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser is required to join an existing team of mortgage brokers working from the Gateshead office.
A rare opportunity for a fully CeMAP qualified trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser, to join an established mortgage broker firm working from their office in Gateshead.
Our client will offer the successful trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser, full training, administrative support, a basic salary and bonuses.
Dealing with incoming enquiries from new clients you will offer new clients advice on mortgages, using hundreds of lenders at your disposal, after offering regulated mortgage advice to the new clients, you will refer the clients over to the in-house protection team.
Our client also offers full administrative support to enable the trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser to concentrate on offering whole of market mortgage advice to the new clients.
Key Skills:
For this trainee mortgage broker job in Gateshead, applications will only be considered from applicants who possess the full CeMAP qualifications along with previous sales experience.
A clean credit history, with no criminal convictions, is also essential.
