- Tailored training: Whether you’re new to finance or transitioning from another field, we offer a personalized training program tailored to your existing knowledge and skills. Expect 12-18 months of comprehensive support if you’re new to the industry, or a focused 9-12 month program if you have prior financial services experience.
- Full CeMAP qualification support: We’ll guide you on your path to achieving the coveted CeMAP qualification, the essential stepping stone for success in mortgage broking.
What you’ll do:
- Provide all-encompassing administrative support to the broker team.
- Assist with client onboarding and data management.
- Learn the core principles of mortgage and protection products.
- Develop your communication skills to confidently interact with HNW and UHNW clientele.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage application process.
