Job Title: Mortgage Advisor
Location: Harolds Wood, Essex

About the role:
Due to an internal move, we are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join our client in Harolds Wood. You will be responsible for generating and maintaining your own client relationships and business, maximising in-branch opportunities, and thriving within a challenging yet stimulating environment. You will work closely with the Estate Agency team, to ensure as efficient a process as possible for the client. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
- Maximise in-branch opportunities.
- Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
- Generate your own leads and business.
- Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team to ensure as efficient a process as possible for the client.
- Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end.
- Go above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential: CeMAP qualification, or an industry equivalent qualification
- Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.

- Competitive salary of £23,000 – £31,000 basic salary including car allowance (dependent on experience)
