Basic to £25,000, plus benefits including, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, OTE £45,000 – £60,000
Overview:
Rare opportunity for a CeMAP qualified trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser to work for one of the best-known estate agency brands in the Brighton area.
Main Duties:
A rare opportunity has arisen for a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser possessing the minimum of the CeMAP 1 qualification to join an established estate agency office in the Brighton area.
Working within in an estate agency office alongside a senior mortgage and protection broker, you will support and continue the customer journey from initial consultation with the senior mortgage broker onto the full application and reviews of protection insurances.
As a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser in the Horsham area, you will be required to assist the customers and provide a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients. You will be required to act as a point of contact for clients and third parties, keeping our clients fully aware of the progress of their mortgage.
Alongside the senior mortgage broker, you will also present and process life assurance as well as other protection products.
Including in the administration duties you will be responsible for preparing reason for recommendations letters and accuracy of data. You will also be responsible for submitting new business to the lenders and life companies.
Key Skills:
Applications will be considered from trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser with the part of the CeMAP qualification, previous sales experience gained in a structured financial services environment.
