Basic salary to £31,000, plus full benefits including, PHI, Pension, DIS, PMI, Car or Allowance, a realistic OTE of £60,000
Overview:
An experienced estate agency branch manager in East Kent is required to provide management cover to supervise various estate agency branches in and around the area, covering for holidays, vacancies as well as sickness in all responsibilities as the branch manager.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional to join one of Kent’s best known and reputable estate agency chain as a senior floating branch manager covering the East Kent area.
Working as a senior floating branch manager, you will be covering for holidays, vacancies, and sickness as the branch manager across the area of East Kent.
Stepping into the various branches around the East Kent area, you will be required to ensure that the smooth running of the branches continues, by motivating, inspiring and managing the team, including mortgage meetings as well as coaching sessions.
Working closely with the various teams, you will download new properties that have been brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from applications possessing a proven track record in an estate agency environment.
An ability to build great relationships where customers really buy in to you as a person and a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales. Along with the drive and determination together with plenty of get up and go together with pace, passion, and enthusiasm.
Knowledge of the Billericay and surrounding area property market would be a distinct advantage.
You should also possess a proven track record of working to and exceeding targets and KPI’s.
You should also GCSE grade C or above and a full valid UK driving licence
