Overview:
A rare opportunity for a fully qualified mortgage and protection broker to work from home, with all leads, mortgage admin support and with the realistic potential to earn £10,000 per month.
Main Duties:
Working from home and visiting the office in the Guildford area, if and when you require, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will receive leads on a daily basis from local estate agents, plus one of the UK’s best known online estate agency brands, where the team are currently earning between £6,000 – £10,000 per month.
A rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage and protection broker to work from home or the office in the Guildford area offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new clients.
Our client will refer pre-qualified leads to you to contact at an agreed time and offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
New hot leads are referred from local well known estate agencies as well as one of the UK’s best known online estate agency brands
You will be dealing with existing clients offering a remortgage service as well as receiving leads from various estate agencies.
This role will allow you to work with an existing team of brokers who are banking between £12k – £20k per month.
Not only will our client offer, as many leads as you can handle, financial support, flexible working, but the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will also benefit from mortgage admin support, to ensure that your valuable time is spent offering mortgage advice rather than chasing documentation
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage and protection brokers who possess a good track record of offering mortgage and protection advice and who do not require full supervision.
The ability to manage your own diary is also essential
