Overview:
A brilliant opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or a mortgage adviser to work in the Derby city centre office, where based on previous business levels, you should be able to bank £200,000 earning £95,000.
Our client is offering a basic salary to £31,000 dependent upon experience plus full benefits including car or allowance, pension, DIS, bonus & commissions, plus all leads provided on a day-to-day basis.
Main Duties:
As a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living within an easy commute of the Derby city centre flagship branch, you will receive new mortgage leads on a daily basis from the team of introducers.
Working closely with the team, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will offer whole of market mortgage advice dealing with clients up to £850,000.
The Derby office is in a fantastic location and, according to land registry over 240 properties are sold in the geographical area, at their full asking price.
This very busy flagship office in Derby, will enable you as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to bank over £200,000 earning c£95,000 including the basic salary.
As well as receiving new leads from the team, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will have unlimited and unrestricted access to the branches existing client database, where you will be able to offer a remortgage service.
The ability to offer a remortgage service will offer a brilliant opportunity to boost your earnings. Due to the increase in the interest rates, clients require an experienced mortgage broker to find suitable arrangements.
Key Skills:
You must be an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser or a bank-based mortgage advisor living within an easy commute of the Derby office. Previous experience in working in a team environment is also essential for this role.
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Derby area, you will be expected to contact the existing clients, therefore, excellent communication skills and the confidence to contact the warm client base would be an advantage.
A clean credit history, with no convictions and a full UK driving licence is essential.
Summary:
