To £30,000 basic plus car or allowance with an OTE £60,000
Overview:
An established Mortgage Brokers that has strong links with a market leading estate agency, in the Chelmsford area, require an experienced CeMAP qualified mortgage brokers to cover the busy office offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
Main Duties:
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker to join our client who has strong links with an established estate agency office in the Chelmsford area, providing Mortgage and Protection advice to the new and existing clients.
You will have access to the whole of the market with regards to mortgages and be tied to a well-known reputable life company for protection business.
Based on the activity of the estate agency branch, you should be able to bank between £125k – £150k, earning approx. £60k per annum
Key Skills:
It is essential that you hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS) and have a good track record of providing advice on Mortgages and Protection business
You should also be ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated, highly personable and presentable and be able to generate activity from a selection of introducer offices.
You must also possess a good track record of offering advice in terms of Protection business on the back of the mortgage advice provided.
Applications will be considered from Mortgage Brokers, with face to face mortgage and protection (including Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection, ASU as well as Buildings and Contents) experience.
