Overview:
An outstanding and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced financial services trainer or mortgage trainer to join one of the UK’s largest and best-known mortgage networks based in the Essex area.
Main Duties:
Our client is one of the UK’s best known and widely recognised mortgage broker networks and due to expansion are looking to recruit an additional mortgage trainer to join their national team, based ideally in the Essex area.
As the successful mortgage trainer, you will be required to present the mortgage induction training courses to groups of 10 – 15 employed and self-employed, experienced, fully CeMAP mortgage brokers.
These mortgage brokers will be based throughout London and the south east, all of which will be experienced mortgage brokers who are looking to join this well known mortgage broker firm.
You will be required to present the initial induction training, ensuring that the new mortgage brokers understand the mortgage process as well as the ethos of the company and the rules and regulations set by the company as well as the FCA.
Remuneration:
£35,000 – £36,000 basic, plus £400 per month car allowance, Pension, DIS, Annual Bonuses
Key Skills:
As a mortgage trainer, you must be experienced in presenting training courses in the financial services industry, ideally within the mortgage sector.
You must have a thorough understanding of the FCA’s rules and regulations and the importance of following the mortgage process.
You should be experienced in dealing with new recruits, although these courses are aimed at experienced, fully qualified3employed and self-employed mortgage brokers who possess at least 2 years previous mortgage broker experience.
A clean credit history, no criminal convictions along with a full UK driving licence is a necessity for this absolutely fantastic opportunity.
