Mortgage Sales Manager – Manchester: Build Your Network, Earn Big

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor: Supervise an existing team of 8-10 experienced mortgage brokers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their personal and business goals.
- Recruit and expand: Actively seek and attract talented mortgage professionals to join your team, utilizing your network, social media, and other channels.
- Develop and empower: Implement training and development programs to ensure your team’s continued growth and success in the whole-of-market mortgage and protection arena.
- Drive performance: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure individual and team targets are met, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Build relationships: Foster strong partnerships with the financial services director and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and business growth.
What You Bring:
- Proven track record: A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a successful Mortgage Sales Manager, with demonstrable achievements in team leadership and performance improvement.
- Mortgage expertise: Full mortgage qualification and a deep understanding of the whole-of-market mortgage and protection landscape.
- Leadership skills: Exceptional ability to motivate, coach, and mentor individuals to achieve their full potential.
- Recruitment savvy: Proven talent in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier mortgage professionals.
- Analytical mind: Strong data analysis and KPI tracking skills to measure individual and team performance.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and brokers.
- Self-motivation and drive: A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Clean credit history, full UK driving license, and no criminal convictions.

- Competitive salary: Basic salary of £35,000 – £50,000, with a generous car or allowance.
- Financial guarantees: Up to £80,000 in financial guarantees for the first 6 months.
- Top-tier commission: Earn commission on all business banked, with bonuses dependent on file quality, leading to an OTE of £85,000 – £95,000.
