£25,000 – £32,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, pension, DIS, OTE £85,000 – £100,000
Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice, working from the very busy office in Dagenham dealing with mortgages up to £450k, with an average property value of £150k. This opportunity has arisen due to internal promotion.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from a busy flagship estate agency office in the Dagenham area.
The Dagenham office alone has a database of existing clients of over 5000, deals with properties up to £1m with an average property value in the area is £400k with over 700 properties sold per month in the area.
The busy branch requires a proactive individual to work alongside the team of introducers to contact existing clients to review their existing mortgage and protection policies as well as receive fresh leads on a day-to-day basis.
This flagship estate agency office requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work with the existing team, dealing with HNW clients.
This branch will allow the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to bank over £180,000 and earn over £90,000
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the branch, excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales if the CeMAP, CF6, or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
