£24,000 – £30,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, financial guarantees for 4 months, pension, DIS, bonus, and commission, OTE £75,000 – £100,000
Overview:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work for a market leading estate agency in Chelmsford, where the successful mortgage broker will have the opportunity to bank over £200k, earning over £100k.
Main Duties:
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced mortgage and protection broker or mortgage and protection adviser to work in a market leading estate agency office in Chelmsford.
This branch has fantastic google ratings and is consistently receiving over 40 new properties per month, in fact on average over 100 properties per month are sold in the Chelmsford area.
In 2022, 15-20 10 first mortgage appointments a week were booked for the mortgage broker to handle.
Working with the financial services focused team, you will act upon the leads in a swift and timely manner and offer whole of market mortgage ad protection advice to the new clients.
As the experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in Chelmsford, not only will you receive 15-20 new first appointments per week, but you will also have access to the existing client base where you are encouraged to offer a remortgage service.
Dealing with mortgages up to £750k, you will deal with financially aware clients who require professional mortgage and protection advice.
Key Skills:
For this amazing opportunity, you must be an experienced mortgage and protection broker or mortgage adviser, and ideally worked within an estate agency environment, applications will be considered from experienced mortgage brokers who are looking to work in a team environment and a very busy diary.
As a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Chelmsford area, you must possess the full CeMAP qualifications, a clean credit history and a full UK driving licence.
