Overview:
A well-known award-winning local estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from home and visiting the office 2/3 times a week in the Reading and Thames Valley area.
Main Duties:
Are you an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser looking for a hybrid role, with all clients provided on a daily basis? Would you like the opportunity to bank between £15k – £20k per month and earn 50% of all business banked including broker, proc fees and life bankings?
If so then this is a perfect role for you.
Our client is an established mortgage broker firm authorised via a national mortgage network, and currently has over 40 members of staff working in the South East and South West of England.
Due to an excellent working relationship with an award-winning estate agency firm in the Reading and Thames Valley area, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will received new mortgage leads and enquiries on a daily basis. As well as receiving new leads and enquiries as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will have full unlimited access to the existing client base where you will be able to offer a remortgage service.
Our client also offers administrative support, ensuing that as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Reading and Thames Valley area, you will focus on speaking with clients ensuring that they receive a first-class service along with professional mortgage and protection advice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Reading and Thames Valley area, where the earnings potential (top 5-10 brokers are earning) £120k per annum.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Reading or Thames Valley area, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
This role is perfect for a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser who is looking for flexible working and who wishes to self-employed but doesn’t have enough clients to support themselves.
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Reading and Thames Valley area, you will receive initial financial support to help you make the transition from employed to self employed
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment possessing a good track record in mortgage sales, along with the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification.
CAS would be a distinct advantage, however, is not essential for this role, as our client offers excellent training and support.
