Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Sutton office dealing with mortgages up to £2m, with an average property value of £430k.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join one of the best-known estate agency brands in the London area, working from a busy office in Sutton.
The Sutton estate agency office has a database of existing clients of over 400, deals with properties up to £2m with an average property value in the area is £430k with over 200 properties sold per month in the area.
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working from the busy estate agency office in Sutton, you will receive new mortgage leads on a daily basis. As well as receiving new mortgage leads, you will also have unlimited access to the existing client base of over 400 individuals, where as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will be able to offer a remortgage service to the clients.
Covering the busy branch in Sutton, you will alongside a sale focused team of negotiators and provide regulated advice on both mortgages and the associated protection products.
This excellent opportunity will enable to write 3-4 mortgages per week, with an average case size of £2,500, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working in the Sutton branch, you should be able to earn an additional £600 per week.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Sutton branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales, if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
A clean credit history, with no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving licence is also required.
