Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from a flagship estate agency office in the Stratton St Margaret, Swindon office, dealing with mortgages up to £800k, with an average property value of £300k, with an average of over 35 properties sold per month.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join one of the best-known estate agency brands in the UK, working in a flagship office in Stratton St Margaret, Swindon.
The Stratton St Margaret, Swindon estate agency office has a database of existing clients of over 400, deals with properties up to £800k with an average property value in the area of £300k and with over 35 properties sold per month in the area.
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working from the busy estate agency office in Stratton St Margaret, Swindon, you will receive new mortgage leads on a daily basis. As well as receiving new mortgage leads, you will also have unlimited access to the existing client base of over 400 individuals, where as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will be able to offer a remortgage service to the clients.
Covering the busy branch in Stratton St Margaret, Swindon, you will alongside a sale focused team of negotiators and provide regulated advice on both mortgages and the associated protection products.
This excellent opportunity will enable to write 3-4 mortgages per week, with an average case size of £2,500, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working in the Stratton St Margaret, Swindon branch, you should be able to earn an additional £600 per week.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Stratton St Margaret, Swindon branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales, if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
A clean credit history, with no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving licence is also required.
