£24,000 – £28,000 basic plus car or allowance financial guarantees to £35,000 for 6 months, pension, DIS, bonus & commission, with an OTE £45,000 – £65,000
Overview:
Mortgage broker or mortgage adviser is required to work from a busy estate agency office in the Slough area. This focused team of introducers is generating over 8 – 10 new mortgage appointments per week. As well as receiving new leads every day, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will have unlimited and unrestricted access to the existing client base.
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Slough area, you will deal with mortgages up to £1m, with an average property value of £450k.
Main Duties:
An opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from a financial services focused estate agency office in the Slough area.
This busy estate agency will generate 8 – 10 new mortgage leads per week, as well as receiving new leads per week, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will have unlimited access to the existing client base as well as any new clients registering with the estate agency branch in Slough.
Previously the Slough branch has enabled the broker to bank £120k – £140k per annum, based on these the successful broker should earn £75,000 – £80,000 per annum.
The Slough office has a database of existing clients of over 2000, deals with properties up to £1m with an average property value in the area is £430k with over 60 properties sold per month in the area.
The busy branch requires a proactive individual to work alongside the team of introducers to contact the existing clients to review their mortgage and protection policies as well as receiving fresh leads on a day to day basis.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Slough branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales, if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
A clean credit history, no criminal convictions and a full clean UK driving licence is essential.
