Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable mortgage products tailored to their needs.
- Provide expert advice on mortgage options, interest rates, and repayment terms, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, from initial consultation to completion, delivering exceptional customer service and support throughout.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing assistance and advice as needed to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including administrators and underwriters, to streamline processes and ensure efficient transaction processing.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and mortgage products to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with a track record of successfully advising clients on mortgage options and products.
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, mortgage market trends, and lending criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
