Role Overview:
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Bearsted branch, including managing a team of Mortgage Advisors, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth. Your duties will include setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, and implementing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Mortgage Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in Bearsted and surrounding areas.
- Monitor branch performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and enhance the branch’s reputation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent certification is desirable but not essential.
