Overview:
Here’s an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to work remotely, serving clients virtually in and around Newcastle. Benefit from pre-qualified mortgage leads provided by the company, with an initial fact-find completed, and enjoy an uplift on commissions for self-generated business. With a basic salary of up to £35,000 (dependent on experience) and an OTE of £60,000, this role offers fantastic earning potential.
Main Duties:
As a Home-Based Mortgage Advisor, you’ll collaborate closely with a team of CeMAP qualified professionals in a call centre environment. The team will pre-qualify clients generated via new build sites, social media, internet leads, and existing clients. Once clients are vetted and approved for a mortgage, appointments will be passed on to you. Engage with clients by telephone or virtually, analyse completed fact finds, and provide whole of market mortgage advice along with protection business.
