Overview:
Outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work in a flagship office in Rayleigh, Essex where an average of over 620 properties are sold per month in the geographical location, you will be dealing with mortgages up to £620,000.
Main Duties:
Covering the Rayleigh, Essex branch you will work alongside a pro-active Financial Services friendly manager and staff. You will be dealing with HNW staff, where the average mortgage loan size is £180k – £650k and the average case size is 2,500 plus.
Working closely with the existing team, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will be required to offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new clients referred over on a day-to-day basis.
As well as receiving new leads from the existing team of introducers, you will also have access to the existing client base, where as a whole of market mortgage broker, you can offer a remortgage service, analysing both the mortgage and protection products.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers with an excellent track record of advising on mortgages and protection.
The full CeMAP along with excellent communication skills are also essential.
