Overview:
Mortgage broker vacancy in Luton, for an experienced, fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, where you will receive hot mortgage leads on a day-to-day basis, a team atmosphere, excellent commissions and admin support.
Main Duties:
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, ideally with CAS, you will work alongside an existing team of office and home-based mortgage brokers, where you will offer whole of market advice to new and existing clients on all aspects of mortgages.
Working with the existing team, our client receives new quality leads on a day-to-day basis, from various sources, including new builders, property developers, referrals, an existing loyal client bank and a professional introducer.
Based on averages the team are receiving between 20 – 30 high quality leads per week, as the mortgage broker based in and around the Luton area, you will offer the new or existing client whole of market mortgage advice.
Not only does our client offer all the leads, but also offers the flexibility to work from the Luton office or from home, depending upon your own personal circumstances, leads will still be passed over as soon as a new enquiry arrives.
Flexible working, with leads and admin support is provided enabling you as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to concentrate on offering advice to the clients.
Working Monday to Friday with some weekend work, this company offers a common sense and grown-up attitude to the experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser.
Based on averages you will be dealing with an average mortgage loan size of £230k and proc fee of £900 and should be looking to write 15 new mortgage cases per month, where you will receive a percentage with no validation level, offering earnings of £55k plus!!
Key Skills:
As you are required to offer professional, regulated and compliant mortgage advice, the full CeMAP (or equivalent) is essential for this role, along with CAS, however, providing that you can demonstrate your ability to conduct regulated fact finds and that you have offered mortgage advice in the past, your application may be considered.
Disciplined, committed and motivated are also key attributes for this role, applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if you can show a good track record in mortgage sales.
A clean credit history, with no complaints, criminal convictions is also essential.
