£24,000 – £28,000 basic, plus guarantees for 4 months to £40,000, £3k car allowance or car, pension. DIS, bonus & commission, OTE £55,000 in year 1 – £70,000 plus thereafter.
Overview:
A fantastic opportunity for an experience mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work in a flag ship and financial services driven estate agency office in Dartford.
Main Duties:
Bryn McMillan Consulting has been retained by a well-known estate agency chain to source an experienced mortgage and protection broker or mortgage adviser to work with one Kent’s busiest estate agency offices in Dartford.
This financially driven estate agency office will provide an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser with 10-12 new mortgage appointments per week.
Working closely with the established team, as the only mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Dartford branch, you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to the new clients being generated.
Not only will the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser receive all leads required, but will also benefit from mortgage admin support, and the opportunity to bank over £150k, in return, earning over £60,000
In return the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in Dartford, will receive a basic to £28,000 plus car allowance, financial guarantees for 5 months and excellent earnings and an OTE of £60,000 plus.
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Dartford area, you will have full unlimited access to the Dartford branches existing client database, where you will be able to offer a remortgage service to the clients.
On top of offering whole of market mortgage advice to the new and existing clients, you will also be required to offer advice on the associated protection advice including life assurance, critical illness and income protection.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Dartford branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, independent, or banking mortgage environment providing that they can show a good track record in mortgage sales if the CeMAP, CF6, or MAQ qualification has been attained.
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in Dartford, you should also have a clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full clean driving licence.
