Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from a busy office with a market-leading estate agency in the Crewe area dealing with mortgages up to £600k, with an average property value of £150k, where the mortgage and protection broker should bank £130k – £160k giving an earnings potential of £55k plus.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work with a very busy office in Crewe.
This branch will offer you 8 first appointments per week and look for you to write 2 mortgages with an average case size of £1,500.
As well as receiving new clients and leads on a daily basis, as the only experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working with the Crewe office, you will have unlimited access to the existing loyal client database, offering a remortgage service.
To enable the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to concentrate on offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice to the new and existing clients, mortgage administrative support is also on offer.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the branch, excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
