Overview:
A well-respected national chain of estate agents is seeking an experienced fully CeMAP mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join an established office in the Basildon area, dealing with mortgages up to £800k, with an average property value of £400k.
Main Duties:
A rare and excellent opportunity has arisen due to the increase in property sales in the Basildon office for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join a national estate agency offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
The Basildon branch is currently generating 8 – 10 first mortgage appointments per week. As well as receiving new mortgage leads daily, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will have unlimited access to the existing client database, where you can offer a remortgage service.
Working in the Basildon branch as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will deal with mortgages up to £800k, with an average property value of £400k.
On top of a competitive basic ranging from £22,000 – £28,000 our client offers an excellent commission structure with no validation level.
Key Skills:
As a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you must possess excellent knowledge of mortgages and the associated protection products along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from experienced mortgage advisors looking to become mortgage brokers or a mortgage broker looking to work alongside a busy, motivated team of introducers.
A clean credit history, with no criminal convictions and a full uk driving licence is also essential for this role as a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser vacancy in Basildon.
