Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working with HNW and UHN clients from the busy office in Ascot dealing with mortgages up to £1m, with an average property value of £730k
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join part of a group that includes the largest and most successful independent estate agency group in Europe working with HNW clients in the Ascot office.
The HNW estate agency office in Ascot, has a database of existing clients, deals with properties up to £1m with an average property value in the area is £730k with over 90 properties sold per month in the area.
The busy branch requires a proactive mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work alongside the team of introducers to contact existing clients to review their existing mortgage and protection policies as well as receiving fresh leads on a day to day basis.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the HNW branch in Ascot, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales, if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
