Overview:
A well-established independently owned financial services company requires an experienced protection advisor to work from home, closely with a team of 20 – 30 mortgage brokers, dealing with 4-5 new hot protection leads a day!
Main Duties:
An experienced protection advisor is required to work from home in the Reading area, alongside an established team of mortgage advisors.
At present the team of mortgage brokers are generating 4-5 protection appointments a day. The mortgage advisors are financially incentivised to refer mortgage protection leads over to the dedicated team of protection advisors.
Working from home, you will be required to act upon the new leads generated daily and offering advice on mortgage related protection products as well as family income protection.
Our client offers fantastic commission splits with no monthly costs or desk charges and offers the opportunity to earn six figures.
As well as receiving fresh hot leads daily, the website and other introducers also refer business to the centralised administration team, who will in turn refer the protection enquiries to you.
Administrative support is also provided, to ensure that your valuable time as a protection advisor is spent speaking to new clients.
Dealing with the clients via the telephone, or virtually, you will offer professional protection advice to the clients.
This is a home-based position, no need to visit the office.
Key Skills:
For this fantastic opportunity, previous experience in offering advice on all mortgage related protection products, including life, both decreasing and level, critical illness and ASU as well as family income protection.
As well as a strong working knowledge of the various protection products, discipline, and the drive to earn is essential for this role.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral, a clean credit history with a full clean driving licence is also required.
This role would an experienced mortgage and protection advisor, who is not looking to remain in mortgages, or a protection advisor who has some leads and referrals, however, requires additional leads and administrative support.
