💰 Remuneration: £25,000 – £29,000 basic, inc. car allowance, financial guarantees, pension, DIS, bonus & commission. OTE £50,000 year 1, £70,000 in year 2
🚀 Overview: An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to join a well-known estate agency in Harlow. Over 120 properties are sold in the Harlow area every month, with an average property size of £360,000, offering an average case size of £2,500. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in mortgage sales and be CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the estate agency to generate and convert leads.
- Access the existing client base to review mortgage and protection needs.
- Dealing with an average property size of £360,000.
- Property Values up to £900,000.
- Average case size of £2,500.
- Minimum commission size of £250 per case rising to £625
💼 Key Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of mortgages and various associated protection products.
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
📋 Additional Notes:
- Full-time position.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Clean credit history and no criminal convictions are also essential.
