Overview:
A prominent independently owned estate agency is in search of an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to provide mortgage and protection advice. You’ll be based in the bustling Dagenham office, dealing with mortgages up to £650k and an average property value of £350k.
Main Duties:
As an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser in this dynamic Dagenham estate agency office, your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving 8-10 new mortgage appointments weekly, handling properties up to £650k with an average loan size of £350k
- Enjoying unlimited access to the existing Dagenham client database, enabling you to offer remortgage services for top-notch mortgage advice
- Engaging with a substantial client base, registering an average of 150 new applicants per month and over 60 property offers per month
- Earning a high basic salary of up to £40,000, including car allowance, dependent on experience
- Receiving 50% commission once you’ve banked over £150,000
- Earning bonuses for high protection and buildings and contents conversions, as well as solicitors’ referrals
Key Skills:
To excel in this role as an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser in the busy Dagenham estate agency office, you should possess:
- Full CeMAP qualification
- Strong knowledge of mortgages and associated protection policies
- A team player mentality to collaborate with the financially incentivized team
- A proactive approach to contacting the existing client database
Summary:
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to work with a market-leading estate agency in Dagenham. You’ll receive 10 new mortgage leads weekly and have access to estate agency and lettings data to source additional business. Enjoy a basic salary of up to £40,000, car allowance, uncapped bonuses, and commissions with no validation, along with quarterly and annual bonuses. OTE ranges from £75,000 – £90,000.
