- Basic Salary: £25,000 – £31,000 (including car allowance)

Main Duties: As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing mortgage advice to clients in Weston-Super-Mare. You’ll be dealing with properties averaging £270,000, and the bustling market sees over 75 property sales each month. Your responsibilities will include:
- Offering mortgage advice to clients.
- Evaluating mortgage applications and providing solutions.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Explaining complex mortgage details to clients.
- Staying up-to-date with mortgage and property market trends.

Key Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
