Join our client as a Mortgage Broker in Redhill!

- Remuneration: Basic up to £28,000, plus car or allowance, 33 Days Paid Holiday, Holiday Commission, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards, and Incentives, OTE £45,000 – £60,000 in year 1
Overview: We invite an experienced and fully CeMAP qualified mortgage broker to seize an excellent opportunity with our client. With over 20 years of experience and a presence in 100+ offices across London and the South East, you will join a dynamic team in Redhill, providing comprehensive advice on mortgages and protection.
Main Duties: Our client, a well-established firm with over two decades of experience and more than 100 offices in the South East, is looking for an experienced, fully qualified (CeMAP, MAQ, or CF1 and CF6) mortgage broker or adviser.
You’ll be working with a robust pipeline, with over 15 new leads generated each week, resulting in 4-5 signed mortgages and 3-4 completions. Additionally, you’ll aim for a conversion rate of over 60% for protection.
With these figures, you could expect to close 12-15 mortgages per month, with an average case size of £2,000, leading to an additional £4k in bonuses every month.
Collaborating closely with the regional mortgage sales manager and estate agency staff, your role will involve offering new and existing clients advice on mortgages and protection, encompassing life cover, critical illness, ASU, income protection, and buildings and contents insurance.
In addition to the daily influx of new inquiries, you’ll have access to the company’s existing client base, allowing you to review their mortgage and protection needs.
Key Skills: We’re seeking applications from experienced mortgage brokers or advisers holding the full CeMAP qualification and a track record in a sales environment, ideally in a face-to-face role. We’re also open to applications from experienced tied mortgage advisers.
