Main Duties: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor with a full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent). Join one of the UK’s most recognized estate agency brands, working from a vibrant office in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire. Your role will involve:
- Collaborating with introducers to contact existing clients for mortgage and protection policy reviews.
- Handling fresh leads daily in a busy estate agency, averaging over 60 property sales monthly.
- Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice.
- Working with a team of negotiators to deliver regulated advice on mortgages and protection products.
- Utilizing fresh leads and the company’s existing client database.
- Aiming for 8 first appointments each week and writing 2 mortgages with an average case size of £2,500, including the broker, proc fee, and life insurance.
Key Skills: To excel in this role, you should have:
- A full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgages and various products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
