Job Opportunity: Mortgage Advisor in Newport
- Location: Newport
- Basic Salary: Up to £27,000 (including car allowance)
- Package: Pension, DIS, Bonus & Commission (OTE: £55,000)
Overview: An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker to work from a well-established estate agency office in Newport. This trusted estate agency brand is known for its quality service and provides an excellent platform for you to excel in your role.
Main Duties: As an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker, you will be responsible for offering mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients. The Newport branch is thriving, currently selling over 250 properties every month, which ensures a constant flow of potential clients. You’ll have access to 6-8 new mortgage leads per week, as well as the existing client base, fostering a collaborative and team-driven atmosphere.
With the opportunity to deal with mortgages up to £650k and an average property size of £250k, your potential earnings as a skilled mortgage advisor or broker are substantial, with OTE of over £50,000.
Key Skills:
- Previous mortgage advisor experience is essential, accompanied by the CeMAP qualification.
- Experience in an estate agency environment is preferred, but applications will be considered from experienced advisors or brokers from tied or banking backgrounds.
