Overview:
Join a well-known estate agency as an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, providing mortgage and protection advice from a bustling office in Lincoln. You’ll be working alongside a market-leading estate agency, where over 390 properties are sold per month in the Lincoln area, dealing with mortgages up to £600k and an average property value of £240k, aiming to bank £100k – £110k for an earnings potential of £50,000+,
Main Duties:
- This is an excellent opportunity for a fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to be part of a national estate agency group.
- The busy Lincoln branch is seeking a proactive individual to work closely with a team of introducers. Your responsibilities include contacting existing clients to review their current mortgage and protection policies, as well as receiving fresh leads regularly.
- Working alongside a sales-focused team of negotiators, you’ll provide regulated advice on mortgages and associated protection products. Besides fresh leads, you’ll have access to the company’s extensive database of existing clients, with qualified leads and a vast array of mortgage products and competitive protection policies at your disposal.
- The branch will provide you with 8 first appointments per week and expects you to write 2 mortgages with an average case size of £1,500.
- This estate agency branch, has properties for sale up to £600k, an average property size of £243,000 and where over 390 properties are sold per month in the area.
Key Skills:
As an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser within the branch, excellent knowledge of mortgages and various products is essential, along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals with tied, independent, or banking mortgage experience if they can demonstrate a strong track record in mortgage sales and hold qualifications such as CeMAP, CF6, or MAQ, along with CAS.
