Overview:
An outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage advisor to join an established forward-thinking mortgage and protection broker firm that offers excellent commission splits, access to existing clients as well as new leads referred over.
Main Duties:
Working from home closely with the sales director and the existing team of mortgage brokers and wealth advisers, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage advisor you will be required to offer whole of market advice on mortgages and protection business to the new and existing clients.
Mortgage leads are generated via google advertising, website leads, an existing client base and networking. Our client will offer excellent commission splits on their clients and your own clients, with no hidden costs or charges.
Working with the leads being referred over, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage advisor in the Hertfordshire area, you will also be required to generate your own leads and clients.
Our client has a substantial datasbe of existing clients going back over 20 plus years additional new clients coming through via own estate agency business plus advertising.
This role would suit an individual who access to their own client bank and requires additional leads and support with an excellent commission split.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from fully CeMAP, MAQ or CF1 and CF6 qualified individuals who possess face to face mortgage advising or mortgage broking experience. You should also be experience in offering advice on all aspects of residential mortgages and the associated protection products, including Life, Critical Illness, ASU, mortgage payment protection, IPP and buildings and contents and be able to demonstrate a good track record in a sales environment.
Applications are welcomed from experienced mortgage brokers, mortgage advisors, mortgage advisers, mortgage IFA’s from either a bank, estate agency, mortgage brokers or an IFA providing the full CeMAP, MAQ, or CF1 and CF6 have been attained.
