Key Responsibilities:
As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker working with our client, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Expert Mortgage Advice: Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring they make well-informed financial decisions.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their unique financial needs and objectives.
- Lead Utilisation: Maximise the utilisation of leads generated within the estate agency to facilitate mortgage opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various mortgage products and stay up to date with industry regulations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all mortgage advice provided complies with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- CeMAP Qualification: Essential for providing professional mortgage advice.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, preferably within the estate agency sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently and meet set targets.
- Market Knowledge: Awareness of the local property market and mortgage trends.
