Your paramount focus will encompass delivering exemplary customer service, achieving sales benchmarks, and fortifying the firm’s overall prosperity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough mortgage consultations, assessing clients’ financial situations and aspirations.
- Dispense adept advice on mortgage products, elucidating terms, rates, and associated fees.
- Scrutinize clients’ financial documents to ascertain mortgage loan eligibility.
- Liaise with lenders and underwriters, expediting the mortgage application process.
- Uphold current knowledge of mortgage market trends and regulatory requisites.
- Foster enduring relationships with clients, solicitors, and estate agents.
- Champion supplementary financial products to meet clients’ holistic needs.
- Exceed sales targets and compliance standards while upholding ethical practices.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Mortgage Advisor within financial services.
- Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent accreditation is highly advantageous.
- Superlative communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales objectives in a dynamic milieu.
- Proficiency in mortgage sourcing software and CRM systems.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is desirable.
