Location: Crawley, United Kingdom
Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 basic, OTE £60,000

Role Overview: As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing expert mortgage advice to clients, guiding them through securing tailored mortgage solutions aligned with their financial objectives. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the firm’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough mortgage consultations, assessing clients’ financial circumstances and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on mortgage products, including terms, rates, and fees.
- Analyze clients’ financial documentation to determine mortgage eligibility.
- Liaise with lenders and underwriters to facilitate smooth mortgage applications.
- Stay updated on mortgage market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and estate agents.
- Promote additional financial products to meet clients’ broader needs.
- Exceed sales targets while maintaining compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor in financial services.
- Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in mortgage sourcing software and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license is desirable.
Benefits: In addition to a competitive basic salary of £29,000 – £31,000, the successful candidate will enjoy a range of attractive benefits, including a company car or car allowance and 33 days holiday per year. An OTE of £60,000 awaits based on performance.
