Responsibilities:
- Receive comprehensive training and support to develop the skills and knowledge required to become a successful Mortgage Advisor.
- Assist senior advisors in conducting financial assessments, analyzing client needs, and recommending suitable mortgage products.
- Shadow experienced advisors during client meetings and mortgage transactions, gaining practical experience and insights into the role.
- Learn to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the mortgage process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including administrators and underwriters, to facilitate smooth and efficient transaction processing.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and mortgage products to ensure accurate and informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required; however, a strong interest in finance and customer service is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
