Remuneration:
- £24,000 – £28,000 basic, plus car/car allowance
- Financial guarantees to £45,000
- OTE £55,000 (Year 1), £85,000 (Year 2)

Join a well-known estate agency as an experienced Mortgage Broker/Advisor in the bustling Crystal Palace office. This role involves handling mortgages up to £1.5m, with an average property value of £450k.
Main Duties:
- An outstanding opportunity awaits a fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor to join one of London’s premier estate agency brands in Crystal Palace. The office boasts a database of over 500 existing clients, dealing with properties up to £1.5m, and averaging 100 properties sold monthly.
- Working in this vibrant estate agency, you’ll receive daily mortgage leads and have unlimited access to the existing client base, offering a remortgage service. Collaborating with a sale-focused team, you’ll provide regulated advice on mortgages and associated protection products.
- As an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor, aim to write 3-4 mortgages per week, with an average case size of £2,500. In the Crystal Palace branch, this translates to an additional earning potential of £600 per week.
Key Skills:
As the sole Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor in Crystal Palace, a strong knowledge of mortgages and products is essential, along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent). Consideration for individuals from tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environments is open, given a proven track record in mortgage sales and attainment of CeMAP, CF6, or MAQ qualifications along with CAS.
A clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license are mandatory.
