Remuneration: £25,000 – £29,000 basic, inc. car allowance, financial guarantees, pension, DIS, bonus & commission, OTE £50,000 year 1, £70,000 in year 2
Overview:
An experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser is required to join a well-known estate agency in South Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in mortgage sales and be CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.
The role will involve providing mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients, working with the estate agency to generate leads and convert them into sales. You will also have access to the company’s existing client base, which you can use to review their existing mortgage and protection needs.
Key skills required include:
- Excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- This is a full-time position.

- A full UK driving licence is essential.
